From Keaau, take the main road into town (Mamalahoa Highway - Hwy 11). At the airport junction (Kekuanaoa Street) turn left. After the next light and up the small incline, the Credit Union will be on the right, big white sign, at the entrance to Waikea Villas and the Board of Water Supply. This is across the street from BEI.
From Papaikou, take Hawaii Belt Road (Hwy 19) toward Hilo town. Turn right on Pauahi Street. Turn left on Kilauea Avenue. Turn left on Kekuanaoa Street. The branch is located on the left side of the road, at the entrance to the Board of Water Supply and the Waiakea Villas.
From Waimea, take Saddle Road (Senator Daniel K Inouye Highway 200) toward Hilo town. At the end of the road, turn left on Komohana Street. Turn right on Mohouli Street. Turn right on Kilauea Avenue. Turn left on Kekuanaoa Street. The branch is located on the left side of the road, at the entrance to the Board of Water Supply and the Waiakea Villas.
From Hilo International Airport, stay on Kekuanaoa Street when exiting the airport. The branch is located on the right side of the road at the entrance to Waiakea Villas and the Board of Water Supply, across the street from BEI.
